Financial Wisdom (“we”, “us”) is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 174062) and APMI-registered PMS Distributor (APRN-04975) based at Shop No C-F1, First Floor, C Wing, Pancharatna Complex, Behind Borkar Super Store, Margao, Goa 403601.

This policy covers financialwisdom.co.in, our WhatsApp conversations, our forms, quizzes and calculators, and our client portal.

• Contact details you give us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and city.
• What you tell us in a form, quiz or message: your goals, the kind of help you want, your profession, and answers to self-check questions.
• When you become a client: the information required by law to open and service investments, such as KYC details, bank details, nominee details and risk-profile answers.
• Basic usage data: pages visited, the referring page and campaign tags in the link you clicked, recorded without cookies through an anonymous session identifier.
• If you reach us through an advertisement, the advertising platform may set its own cookies under its own policy.

We do not ask for PAN, Aadhaar, passport or bank account numbers through website enquiry forms or WhatsApp. These are collected only through our secure onboarding process, when you choose to become a client.

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation at a time that suits you.
• To understand your goals and risk profile before suggesting anything.
• To open, process and service investments and insurance you ask us to arrange.
• To send you updates, reminders and reports about your own investments.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including KYC and record-keeping.
• To improve our website and content, using aggregated, non-identifying information.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to do what you have asked, or where the law requires it:

• Asset management companies, their registrars and transfer agents, KYC registration agencies and transaction platforms, to process your investments.
• Portfolio managers and other product providers, when you choose their products.
• Insurers, for policies you apply for.
• Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, messaging and email, under confidentiality obligations.
• Regulators, courts or authorities, when legally required.

By sending us a form or a message you consent to us contacting you about it. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will stop contacting you except where we must, for example about investments you hold through us.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to: confirm what personal data we hold about you; correct or update it; erase it where we are not required to keep it; and name someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as they are useful to respond to you and follow up, and are deleted on request.

Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and afterwards for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.

Access to personal data is limited to people who need it to serve you. Sensitive identifiers are shown only in masked form in our systems, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

Investments for a minor are opened and managed through a parent or legal guardian, who provides the information and consent on the child's behalf.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
